Cultivated Flowers

Mars Park, La Baie district of Ville de Saguenay, January 18 to April 17, 2023

As a continuation of my work on plants and the territory in which I live, I became interested in the production of a local flower farm, Les Fleurs Maltais, using various photographic processes to highlight the varieties of flowers grown at different stages of development, as well as the transformations obtained by handling them. I have also chosen winter as the period for the exhibition, in order to create a contrast between the chromatic density of the flowers and the white park, as well as a shift with the flowering period. All this in order to offer to the walker a plurality of sensations in contact with the twelve flowers unfolding in a winter landscape.
